To process your return, please follow the instructions below. If you do not follow these instructions we will be unable to process your refund.

  1. Request a return number by clicking on this link. On the following page fill out the online form with your full name, order number, and the reason why you are returning this product. Your request will be processed and evaluated for eligibility. Once your request is deemed eligible you will be sent an email reply with your return order number.
    Note: You must request a return order number within 60 days of purchase or your order will not be refunded.
  2. Place all the bottles, including those used, in a properly packaged shipping box. Legibly, write the return number on the box. Please note that you must ship all the bottles purchased, including the empty bottles consumed, and the correct amount of empty/closed bottles must be present. Incomplete returns will not be honored.
  3. Securely seal the package and mail it, via certified mail, within 10 days of receiving your return order number (this is strictly enforced), to the address provided.

The payment will be refunded in the same form it was received unless otherwise directed. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Once processed, the credit for the refund will appear in your next billing cycle.
